Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery time
Standard delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 8–14 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather, and peak seasons (November–December especially) can add time.

Where we ship
We ship to [the United States and Canada / worldwide, with exceptions]. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't currently ship there.

Shipping costs

Split shipments

Tracking

Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country. These are not included in your purchase price and are the recipient's responsibility. We can't predict these charges — check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address before dispatch. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us at [email] and we'll either replace it or refund you in full.

Damaged on arrival
